Terms of Use

  • The themes for sale on CMS Themefactory are created to be used by purchasers to create turn-key websites for themselves or clients.

  • With each theme purchase you (the customer) are permitted to create up to five turn-key websites for yourself or clients. If you’d like to create more than five sites with a theme you’ve purchased, please contact us for extended permission.

  • The “All-In” Developers Membership plan allows for unlimited downloads of all themes during an active annual subscription, and unlimited usage of those themes in creating turn-key websites for yourself or clients.

  • With each theme purchase you receive access to 12 months of full theme support. Future annual theme support packages can be purchased at 50% off the original purchase price of the theme.

  • You (the customer) have complete freedom to modify the themes in any way you see fit while creating websites for yourself or clients.

  • The images and photos you see in the live demo of a particular theme are included with that theme download. As a purchaser of a theme you are granted rights to use these images within the turn-key websites you create for yourself or your customers, within the parameters of the usage policy described above.

  • For ease of use for customers, we provide the full live demo install file for themes purchased at CMS Themefactory. This allows customers to get their sites up and running much more quickly. However, please note, if you choose to opt to do the full live demo install, it will override any other content/settings you have on your domain. So it’s only recommended that you use the full live demo install if you don’t have content you want to keep/protect.

  • All new themes produced at CMS Themefactory have accompanying instruction file uploaded for your easy access. By keeping these instructions files as web pages we’re able to quickly make changes if that becomes necessary, and ensures that the customer has access to the most up to date theme instructions at all times.

  • Please note that all purchasers of themes are also granted access to our theme forums - where frequent issues are addressed. This is a good place to check before contacting us about a particular issue. If you don’t see the issue covered in the forum however, feel free to contact us and we’ll be sure to respond promptly and thoroughly.

  • Please note that theme support covers the setup and smooth functioning of the theme as it appears in the configuration of our live demo. If you make extensive code changes to the theme, support may fall outside the coverage of our support plans. Please contact us if you have any questions about this.

  • Since these are intangible, and thus un-returnable virtual products, refunds are only provided when a core error exists in the theme. If you do discover such an error, we will endeavor to fix the issue or provide a refund. In certain occasions we do permit free exchanges for a different theme if you decide you’d like to switch.

  • The underlying core WordPress functionality for all themes is released under the terms of the GPLv2 (or later) from the Free Software Foundation. The terms of this public license can be read here.
