Terms of Use
The themes sold at CMS Themefactory come as-is. When you purchase a theme you have the right to use that theme on one domain. If you'd like to use the theme on more than one theme, you can purchase a very affordable extended license from us; just contact us for details.
We also offer package rates on 5 and 10 theme multiples. If you'd like a custom bulk package please contact us for further details.
When you have purchased a theme you can change it in any way you prefer. A theme purchase is for your personal use, and cannot be resold or redistributed in any form whatsoever.
The photos you see displayed on screenshots and in our live previews come with your theme purchase. When you purchase a theme you have full rights to use theme images in the website you create. You cannot however redistribute or resell these photos as stand-alone products. They must be used within the single domain website you create using one of our themes.
Various files and snippets of code used within our templates are developed by others and are available for free. These particular files and code snippets can be used and redistributed as you see fit. You must make them freely available as they have been made freely available to us and to you.
